Same Day Local Delivery
Same Day local will take place between the hours of 11:00am - 22:00pm Monday - Saturday. Cut off time for same day delivery is 16:00 pm orders placed after this time will be delivered the next day. Local delivery is subject to availability, if we are not able to provide you with the service on the same day we will deliver the next and we will refund the shipping costs paid to us if any. Please keep in mind that only certain areas located in EH52, EH53 and EH54 postcodes are eligible for this service during checkout enter your full postcode to see available options.

Dispatch (via Royal Mail)
- We will dispatch orders placed before 15:00 Pm Monday-Friday the same day, excluding weekends and bank holidays.
- If you place an order after 15:00 PM we will dispatch it the next working day. If you place an order after the cut-off time on Friday we will dispatch on Monday.
- Deliveries require a signature to confirm receipt, orders will not be left at your delivery address if a signature cannot be obtained. Alternatively the courier might leave your order with your neighbour or at your local post office. A card explaining the whereabouts of your order will be left at the delivery address and with instructions on how to retrieve it.
- Please Keep In mind all delivery timescales are approximate and subject to availability. Unfortunately, the precise timing of a delivery cannot be specified.

Please verify all of your shipping and billing information when placing your order. You will have the option to choose your preferred delivery address during check out. For your safety we will dispatch orders over £100 only to your billing address. Please note that It is your responsibility to verify that all addresses are complete and accurate. Please make sure to include your House, flat, apartment, suite, unit or room number to ensure proper and timely delivery of your order. We will not be held liable for any mistakes that you have made to your shipping address during checkout.
Damaged Or Lost Packages
In the rare occasion that your shipment arrived damaged or delayed in transit please contact us as soon possible at email@example.com or visit our customer services page fill in the contact form and we will do our best to resolve the issue. Before your report a parcel as lost, please check with all family members, co-workers, neighbours, or any other person that may have accepted or stored the package. Please keep in mind that Royal Mail considers a parcel lost only if it has not arrived after 10 days have passed since dispatch, therefore we will be unable to investigate or compensate until that time period has passed.
