How Do I Return an Order?
Whatever the reason is returning an item its easy, simply complete the contact form that can be found at our contact us page with all the details needed. Once we receive your request a member of our customer service team will contact you usually within 24 hours, to inform you on the next step.
Changed your mind?
You can return any unwanted items back to us within 30 days since delivery, no questions asked. Items must be in their original state in an unused condition and with all accessories included. Upon receiving the products and validate their eligibility we will refund your order in full no longer than 14 days. This does not apply to e-liquids as they are perishable products with expiration dates.
Something wrong with a product?
Unfortunately sometimes things can go wrong. We would like to assure you that we will resolve the issue for you with minimum inconvenience. Simply complete our return form and describe the issue to us. Please keep in mind that we reserve the right to verify the fault before we issue a refund or a replacement. In the occasion that a product that you have send to us is faulty we will also cover all the relevant shipping costs occurred.
Did we got it Wrong?
Although we do our best to get things right the first time, we might sometimes get things….wrong. If we send you the wrong item or the wrong quantity we will rectify this as soon as you bring this to our attention. We will either send to you the correct item/quantities or refund the difference no longer than 5 working days (usually sooner) guaranteed.
You have the right to cancel your contract with us at any time within 14 calendar days without giving us a reason from the day you received your order, you will receive a full refund of the price paid for your order. The cancellation period will expire after 14 calendar days from the day on which you or a third party (of your consent) acquires physical possession of the product. In order do this please complete our contact form in the contact us page and choose as reason for return “Cancellation”.
Return Shipping Costs
With the exception of a faulty product, all return shipping costs will be met by the buyer. We highly recommend using a fully tracked or a signature on delivery method, for your peace of mind. We will not be able to process refunds or replacements if your returned items are lost in transit as at this point your carrier will be liable to compensate you for the loss. The shipping costs that are covered by us they will be based on lowest cost shipping option that we offer on our website.
